One in particular I believe is mandatory and is dedicated to investing in real estate and helping investors succeed. That site is BiggerPockets.com. If you are a real estate investor and are not on BiggerPockets.com you should sign up immediately.

What is BiggerPockets.com

BiggerPockets.com is a network for real estate investors to learn and share knowledge, network, do deals, etc. You have a profile, friends, you can follow people, create niche groups, post articles and blog posts, comment and discuss, post and find events, sell and inquire about deals, find partners and find just about whatever it is you need to succeed in real estate. The beauty is that the members are such a high concentration of investors.

Groups

Wholesaling, cash flow, flipping, location specific, mobile homes or specific types of deals, creative and specific types of financing, services, etc. there are all kinds of niche groups. You can join others, create your own and participate in discussions.

Forums/Blogs/Articles

You can find just about every topic out there. If you like what you see, befriend and follow an author and network away. Also write your own articles and blogs and comment and discuss.

Resources

BiggerPockets.com has the most helpful and comprehensive resources section I have seen on the web. They obviously care about the members success and must really enjoy the reward because the resource section is amazing. Check it out and see for yourself.

Events/Properties

Find events to attend in person, webinars, etc. and post your own. You can also find deals, market your properties and create relationships with fellow investors.
