Now that we have covered that, what about pricing? Though granite looks very expensive it is actually available at reasonable prices. Most granite will fall within the $38 to $150 per sq.ft. range depending on the color.
Since I live in Nashville I decided to look into some of the local granite businesses and see who has the best offer. From what I have found the company with the best prices in town is Granite Direct. They have a special that runs all the time for a $1395 kitchen. Also their website is great for getting ideas of the different granite colors and they have a form to request an online estimate that is very user friendly. When I filled it out a representative called me back the same day!
