I particularly like to see it in use on before and after pictures and really show the differences between the two. I have worked with a car body shop and our graphic designer was able to show the vehicles before being fixed and after they were fixed just from a couple of ordinary pictures and what cam e out was truly amazing.
You can just browse a few websites out there and see which ones have been "photoshopped" and which ones have not just by looking at the quality involved. Photoshop is definitely a must in every web designer's arsenal.
