Subtle, No Eye Sore One of the main problems with solid partitions and screens is that they can be something of an eyesore. This is not what an office interior designer is trying to accomplish. What is intended is that areas are segregated with the least amount of disruption to the working environment as possible. If a solid screen is large and imposing, it can be a negative distraction to personnel who must face it. Glass, however, accomplishes segregation without imposing on employees. Instead, the open plan of the office remains intact while the need to section off areas of the office floor is addressed effectively. With frosted glass and branding film, this view can even be improved, allowing for glass with interesting or attractive designs to be in view at all times. Stylish Branding Opportunities And it is the use of film that can serve to provide stylish branding opportunities. It has been shown that employees who are conscious where they are, have higher levels of productivity, are more imaginative and show greater attention to detail. The argument is that workers are more focused, so goals that have been targeted are achieved more effectively. Branding in the work place also serves to enhance team spirit, which means a more enthused staff at work.
