Either way, the internet is being used to meet people you may never run into at the grocery store or library. But Internet Dating is king because it's cheap, it's quick, it's fun, and it's very simple to use. Plus it lacks the greatest fearthe fear of face to face rejection!

No one likes rejection, no matter what kind it is.

With everyone's busy schedule, internet dating has become a growing trend. After all, you can fire up your computer, have a 15 minute conversation with someone in a chat room or on an online dating site, and then get back to work or to your errands without stopping your whole day to meet someone for a "cup of coffee" that turns into all afternoon.

With internet dating, you don't have to be all that attractive, have a lot of money or be ultra successful. But there are special attributes women and men are looking for in a date and those things can be "seen" over the internet connection.

The biggest thing you can bring to the game is your great attitude, the right frame of mind and your great sense of humor.

There are a ton of hang ups most people already have about dating, but the internet has made it a lot easier to get over those "hang ups". Here are just a few of the things that special someone wants out of a date.

They want confidence, mystery, and to know you have goals in life. There are a lot of other things that "soon to be date" wants, but we'll get into those later.

Before you get all twisted up with doubting yourself, your confidence, your likability, think about what you have going for you. Do a little research on the online dating sites and sign up for a profile. But before you fill out that profile, read about what NOT to put in your profile.
