Middle Eastern live music by a party band would be suitable for an Arabian themed party, whereas a Mexican themed party can have Latino music. See the videos of the bands and judge which one is good for you and goes with your party. Then only finalize the band.

When the band is selected, sit with them. Brief them what you want and make a play list. Include your favorite numbers and others which you know the guests will like. Ask the band to make a draft of the programme on the basis of your play list and approve it only when you think it is perfect. Do check with the band what they might need at the venue. Check the stage facility, power supply for the music instruments in advance.

Finally, remember to check with the venue in advance regarding the live music license. Without this, your live music band may not be allowed to play on their premises, ruining all your plans if you come to know of this at the last minute. Moreover, check other logistical requirements so that you may not need to rush on the party date. All arrangements done, sit back and enjoy a greatly successful and hassle free party.
