The Oscar 15 antenna is a 9dBi gain directional antenna designed for use on Bluetooth, WiFi, ZigBee and other equipment operating in the 2.4 - 2.485GHz frequency range offering an improved working range and signal performance.

Built for outdoor use, Oscar 15 is ruggedly constructed using die cast aluminium and grey ABS plastic. This panel antenna is capable of delivering the high data rates associated with 2.4GHz equipment to distances of up to 850 metres.

The directional radiating element is a vertically polarized patch ensuring that the radiated power is transmitted in a 65 cone direction away from the antenna. A directional antenna radiates into a cone, which may be circular or eliptical and which gets tighter with increasing gain.
