Many organisations choose to promote their brand with paper bags for various reasons

. Some, for example greeting shops, can use them to package every single product sold. However, the ability to use the product depends on what kind of goods the business sells. Most of the greeting cards shops prefer to pack their cards or small gifts into paper bag, as this behaviour integrates well with the business.

There are a few advantages as to of why business people choose paper carrier bags over plastic ones. Firstly, the cost of this kind of bags is good for any budget. Secondly, nowadays everyone appears to prefer being eco-friendly and reuse plastic bags or to buy paper ones that are recyclable. Some big supermarket chains make sure that their customers reuse their carrier bags over and over again; they even offer various bonuses for doing so. That action is caused by the fact that many food products cannot be carried in paper.

Not every company can use paper bags to promote their brand, but those that can, have a great opportunity to advertise on them too. Printing on paper is much cheaper than doing so on plastic. A bag, according to its size, can have either logo, address, contact details and sometimes even a map of the shop's location! Big bags can have all of the above printed on them.

Many customers prefer paper bags over the plastic ones. The only thing that they might find objectionable is the quality of the bag. If a big paper bag is not very strong, it will fall apart after a first drop of a rain comes down form the sky. An organisation that would like to use these bags should remember to choose strong and good quality ones, as by not doing, they could risk a bad impression being left in the customer's minds.
