I wanted to write a brief review today of the new mlm network, Numis. They are tapping into the graded gold & silver coin collection industry and adding a network marketing compensation plan to it. This new network was the vision created by Mike Mezack and his associates, all have had extensive direct sales experience with Mike currently selling graded coins on TV!. The sales of silver & gold certified coins is a 10 billion dollar industry in the US and a whopping 100 billion worldwide, so with its explosive growth over recent years it can be a very profitable business to be involved with.

In the Numis network presentation video the question of 'what are Numis network's goals' was answered by Mike Mezack - 'to become the biggest merchant of certified coins in the world'. They pay out through the binary system, this can be a hard to understand system, especially to a newbie. The potential earnings from such a system is hugh. With the ability to receive spillover payments, its often easy to recruit newbie's into this kind of comp plan as many are under the impression they can make easy money. However if you are new to MLM and don't understand exactly how a binary works you would be wise to check it out thoroughly as there are some important things to consider. If you are able to bring a decent number of distributors into this system you will have some great earnings.

Training videos for all new distributors are available in the system according to Mike Mezack. You will however pay extra to get access to this training material, normally an mlm company will offer its training for free so this is a little strange. The complete newbie's to the mlm business model will need a lot more coaching than is provided by Numis. There is nothing out of the ordinary provided in their suite of promotion tools.

Just promoting a replicated website just is not going to cut it I'm afraid. There is no training on the importance of offering value or promoting YOU, people join people not companies, it would be helpful if they provided some more in depth training about how to generate leads.

Some fantastic incomes will be created with this MLM company. You should invest in some further training though if you really want to make a go of it.
