Being in the industry for quite a while now, Rebecca and I have come across many different situations and seen some crazy things in houses (but that's for another post!). Some that shocked us and then those that wow'd us! I can honestly say that we prefer it when our clients are asking lots of questions on real estate. Here's why...

It's SIMPLE - You need to feel confident in what it is that your doing!


When selling a home in Calgary or buying your house in Calgary it can be an overwhelming task as this potentially could be the biggest transaction of your life. ASK QUESTIONS! If you don't ask your not going to know what the real answer is. You need to feel confident in that we know the answer.

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything (but please don't tell Rebecca this... as she still thinks I do). If we don't know the answer, we WILL find it out for you. We have an extensive network of qualified and top notch people that we trust and turn to for various different questions. Asking questions on Calgary real estate is an important thing.

There have been times our clients have held back questions and then there are those that don't and go to the extreme... now if your going to ask me how to tie your shoe, I'll tell you to buy slip ons or velcro! There are times during the process of buying or selling your home where there is a potential that things can go a-wall. For example during a home inspection there could be some hidden treasures that are found... if we don't ask the right questions to get true and accurate info, this could be a big deal down the road.

Bottom Line... Ask questions when your working with us, we prefer it that way!
