Most women who do not do enough muscle building and maintaining exercise lose so much muscle and bone they age at a premature and accelerated rate. After just one year of strength training exercise they can restore those losses and lose fifteen to twenty years of aging in the process. What better reason to get stuck in and embrace proper exercise could you ever wish for?

If you are new to this type of exercise it is not something you can just do half heartedly if you want it to be truly effective and get good results. Spend a little money and seek the help of a fitness professional to set up your program and monitor it for you. Sometimes tweaks and changes are necessary to make the program effective and by hiring a professional you will fast track your results.

If you support your proper exercise program with high quality nutrition you will lose body fat at the same time as you tone up your muscles.
