Why You Have To Be Able To Let Her Go To Win Her Back

One of the hardest and most counter intuitive things that one has to do when they want to get back with an ex girlfriend is..

. they have to find a way to let her go. Holding on to her too strongly will actually do more harm than it will do good and when you are holding on to her too much... you are reducing any chance that you might have of getting back together with her.

We don't want to let go of the ones that we love. We don't want to face the possibility that if we let them go, they may never be a part of our lives again. The fear of having to hear that she is dating someone else and happy with that person is enough to make even the strongest of men feel vulnerable and helpless. You do have to realize that all of this comes from a place of fear, though.

Today, women are more independent than ever before. So, some of the qualities that they find attractive in a man are not quite the same as they might have been hundreds of years ago. Back then, it might have been a good quality for a man to act possessive of a woman. Today, that is not the case. Being possessive is a bad thing, and even when you have the best of intentions, it will not look that way to your ex girlfriend.

There's more to it though. One of the challenges that you are going to have to deal with in trying to get back with an ex girlfriend is to not make the mistakes that will push her further away from you. If you are around her too much, if you try too hard to influence the way that she feels, you will more than likely make those mistakes that you do not want to make.

Here's How to Win Her Back...

First you have to do the letting her go thing. Trying to get around that is not going to do you any good. After that, you have to find a way to make yourself seem new again to her. That might sound complicated when you already have a history with a woman, but it can easily be done. Showing her that you have something new to offer her makes you seem more appealing, and it gives you much better odds at actually getting to have her back in your life.
