Their familiarity with the area is likely to be better than a hotel concierges.

c. Youll get a different experience: Believe me. Your experience will be much different. Hotels tend to get loud and sometimes rowdy. Who wants to go to a hotel floor overrun by rowdy kids or perhaps worse, loud, obnoxious, drunk adults. Mostly likely not you. If not, do yourself a favor and try something different. You may end up really liking it and never wanting to holiday like you used to.
