So comfort and image quality aside, and I put them aside because if you haven't had a demo you certainly can't say Dexis is better right? And demos are free. Soooo give it a try.

Xray Vision despite their terrible website has been around a long long time, they are used as the military's imaging software solution, they have an excellent integration to Dentrix, from the chart you are only one mouse click away to Xray Vision and the best thing about it is that you can use it with every sensor, camera and pano except for Dexis.

I've heard this argument that it "integrates fully with Dentrix", Dexis Image is still a completely seperate program from Dentrix and then you run a Dexis-Dentrix Integrator that integrates them which all that means is a little Dexis window shows up in your Dentrix chart. When you try to actually view the images or edit them it opens Dexis Image. With Xray vision you have a button and when you are in the Dentrix Chart you click the button and it opens up the patient in Xray Vision and shows you their images and Xrays.

Is clicking that button every day so difficult that people will spend $30,000 to not do it? You don't have to re enter patient data, its as simple as clicking one button.
