One of the best feelings in the world for a network marketing distributor is enrolling another rep for their downline. It does not matter whether or not you are new or a seasoned vet of the industry, it is always refreshing and exciting to sponsor another person. Success requires you to take consistent and daily action if you want to build an enormous downline.
It will feel a bit like a great reward when that new team member joins you, but you must not get disheartened when that person fails to return your calls and never truly gets started. Some people will never start in their enterprise. You many never know their true reason as it could be a fear of failure or even absence of commitment. Because you are your own boss in network marketing, you may finally control your own success or failure. Most of the people are used to a manager enlightening them what to do. This isn't the case in this industry.
Your new team members in your downline are not responsible to you. They're only responsible to themselves and if they can't be inspired there is little you can do to help in the situation. The only solution is to keep on hiring and wait for the right people to step and say they are prepared to build alongside of you.
