50centsmails.com is a scam website. First off, you will not reach the minimum payout before spending and wasting much of your time clicking on a number of ads and reading emails. But even when you reach the minimum payout and ask for payment, you won't get money.

Basically, you don't have to fall for "get rich quick schemes". Most of the times, all the get rich hypes like PTC or PTR are scams (like 50centsmails.com). They say you will get like $0.5 to read emails and $0.3 to click on ads. And they say you will get your payment when you reach $1000. But nobody ever gets any money this way :)
