Why is PEACE Such a Monumental Piece of the Puzzle?

, which enables me to speak and write in this way. The incredible threesome: Peace, Forgiveness and Love hold a power that is difficult to explain with words.

Peace in the here and now

Peace with our past and our memories

Peace with the child within

Peace with our future actions

Peace with our selves and with our surroundings

I will speak about the Peace with everything that we didn't understand or accept. Yes, I say "OR" because we may accept without understanding or visa versa. Peace and forgiveness go hand in hand. Forgiving brings a great sense of peace, one that cannot be found in any other way. There is something very insightful and subtle in this deed, because its virtue becomes truly healing.

I frequently hear people protest: "But, I have nothing to forgive myself about"! Though as we begin to get closer to ourselves and get in touch with our inner world (as we do when practicing C.Sophrology) we discover that it is never the case!

Many of us believe that by storing feelings of anger and resentment we are actually holding on to some kind of self respect, but I can assure you that it is the very opposite. Regardless of how legitimate our anger may feel, the outcome remains the same. It slowly and surly consumes us, until we fall (physically) ill. Another irrefutable truth is; as long as we store any kind of animosity we are not free, not free to embrace the simple beauty that life has to offer.

Moreover, by feeling this way it stops us from attracting any positive/constructive feelings. But, most of all it prevents us from receiving/giving unconditional love. When we truly/totally forgive we lift the burden from ourselves as we realise that it doesn't belong to us, therefore not for us to carry around. This enables us to experience a profound peace through which love can enter and integrate our whole being.
