When you worry about something far out of your control, you create disharmony within yourself and those you may come in contact with.

For example, let's take a war in a remote country. Your worry and negative feelings toward the war exacerbate the effects of the war, as they not only cause suffering in you, but they cause suffering to those who you may come in contact with and who they may come in contact with and so on.

Because you're distracted with things you have no control over, you miss opportunities to create love and harmony in that which you can control.

The Source of all inspiration may guide you to change something that is out of harmony, but it will only ask you to do what you can influence. If there is a disharmonious problem, such as a war, and it is in your awareness, then the Source will only ask you to do that which you can control.

As you connect to the Source through the present moment and allow the Source to dictate your actions, then you can consider that everything out there is perfect and by design, even a war. This is because you are doing your part.

In other words, everything is perfect when you are in the present moment, connected to the Source and allowing the Source to live through you.

The war can cause suffering to those who worry about it and have no control over it. As you know, we are all connected more than is realized. If you have compassion for both sides fighting some war in some remote country and you don't allow it to bring worry and suffering to yourself, then somehow that attitude may be contagious across humanity and somehow reach the people engaged in the war. As a result, it may somehow curb their hatred and result in harmonious solutions instead of war.

I don't think it's anything magical. It's just how we are connected.

Someone knows someone, who knows someone, who knows someone, who is involved in the war. Somehow the attitude of love and compassion will reach the appropriate people. With the Internet, the appropriate attitude may reach the appropriate people at the speed of light.

It may only take the attitude of one person to start the chain reaction or it may require millions to have the attitude that will result in change. However, it starts with you. Stay in the moment. Fill yourself with love and let the Source live through you and guide you and consider everything as perfectI mean everything.
