For those looking to buy properties in Spain now take a closer look at Sotogrande if as expected it gets a lift from the new tenants about to move into Blue Sotogrande?
A burning question for those who live in Sotogrande full time and not just as a holiday retreat. Sotogrande has a lot to offer its residents during the day with unparalleled sporting and leisure activities such as Golf, Yachting, Polo, Horse Riding and Tennis just to name a few but the Sotogrande's biggest critics point out to lack of places to go and things to do in the evening with a very limited choice of restaurants, Bars & Entertainment.
Well it finally looks like Blue Sotogrande are going to get some tenants to occupy the dormant locals that will hopefully give Sotogrande a huge boost with Terra Sana and others looking to open up in the near future. Obviously it will be interesting to see if the likes of Terra Sana will be able to get people in enough numbers to make Blue Sotogrande an interesting place to be especially at night time. However saying all of that its probably going to be well into 2011 before the residents of Sotogrande see the major benefits of the new business in Sotogrande.
Also the medium term for Sotogrande is quite promising with the launch of La Gran Reserva that Sotogrande S.A hope will rival La Zagaleta. However don't expect Sotogrande's new residents to be down the Karaoke bar anytime soon.
