Maybe, people only know about the bombings and killings in Iraq because of what the

media has been reporting these days and have disregarded some fascinating and positive things Iraq has. They have connoted Iraq as an insignificant country that knows no peace. However, do these people actually know Iraq that much?

Will it be acceptable for history to consider Iraq as a country of war and insurgents? We'll let us have some tweaking and see for ourselves our history really respects Iraq in terms of significant events in the world and even in the Bible.

This is where human started to think and act logically with their own human reasoning through writing. Writing and art work were born and rational thinking flourished.

The Hanging Garden of Babylon which was built by Nebuchadnezzar II was one of the seven great wonders of the world. This unique garden bear a lot of stories and has passed through different generations. Even some great warriors before were amazed on how this great garden was built.

It was Jabir Ibn Haiyan, an Iraqi doctor and alchemist, who founded and opened the minds of people towards chemistry. During the middle ages, Jabir made a significant breakthrough that influenced people even to this day.

One of the richest city in history

Iraq was once the great Babylon. The place where rich and famous people during the middle ages lived. They possess the finest and grandest wealth during the middle ages. They even once hold the most expensive currency at that time.

Iraq had a great educational system before Saddam regime. However, due to ravages of war and UN sanctions, the educational system of the country was greatly affected and deteriorated. Fortunately, as of these days, Iraq is rebuilding its devastated empire starting from its great oil reserves.

So, do you think Iraq is capable of rebuilding its empire this year? Iraqi Dinar has already taken a long walk in today's ISX and it is still aiming to take more steps.
