Wilton 2010 Audi Dealers Celebrate 2 Million Sales

Okay, so it's not McDonald's with "billions and billions" served

, but Audi is still proud that its U.S. sales have reached the two million car benchmark with record sales in first part of 2010. Your Wilton 2010 Audi dealer is proud to be part of such an important achievement.

Number two million was actually the popular 2010 Green Car of the Year, the Audi A3 TDI, which was sold in late June to a buyer at Keyes Audi in Van Nuys, California. Audi is proud to be increasing its share in the U.S. luxury car market and with the technological innovations they are implementing, they may see an even bigger increase.

Audi is looking at all kinds of new technology systems, including one by Continental that can link elements like Brake Assist, Steering Assist and even new innovations like a tire pressure sensor and text-dictation. Wilton Audi A4 buyers will want to see these new systems in action as soon as they are available.

Audi of America President Johan de Nysschen has stated, "The story of Audi in the U.S. is really a story written by the hundreds of thousands of people who"ve invited our brand into their lives. We're grateful for those opportunities."

Audi has offered cars in the United States for 40 years and hopes to sell its next million here in just a few years since consumers seem to have finally caught on to the combination of value, safety and luxury offered by the automaker. To keep up with the competition, Audi has doubled the number of models it offers to U.S. consumers in the last decade.

The company has worked diligently to stay ahead of its competition by adding the all-wheel-drive quattro system, refining aerodynamics and creating clean diesel technology. Models like the Coupe Quattro, Audi V8, Audi 5000, Audi A4, Audi TT, Audi R8, Audi Q7 TDI clean diesel, Audi Q5 crossover and the flagship Audi A8 to be in showrooms in November have combined to bring Audi to the forefront in luxury sales in the U.S. Wilton 2010 Audi customers will want to watch for the Audi A8 as it arrives. Audi is throwing a virtual party of sorts to celebrate their milestone of 2 million U.S. sales. Frankly, it's hard to imagine technologies in a few years since some of those being implemented now seem to be right out of a science fiction novel. But no doubt Audi can come up with something even more impressive in the next decade.
