If you really want to get him back from the other woman then the name of the game is resentment. Given time this tactic can effectively drive a wedge between your man and his new girlfriend and split them up giving you the opportunity to get him back from the woman that stole him from you in the first place.

How do you use resentment to win him back? If you have been hounding him and making a lot of contact with him lately just back off a little bit. Give him a little space and allow him to wonder what happened to you. There is also a good chance that your contact was actually a force that was bringing them closer together instead of driving them apart as you tried to convince him to come back to you.

After a short period of time has passed and you are ready mentally you can contact him. Tell him that you had been thinking of him and wondering how he was doing. You will know that your plan is working when suddenly one day he calls you or contacts you. Try not to act too excited and keep the conversation short. You should be the one to end the call and tell him that it was great talking with him and thank him for calling but that you have to run. Don't give him an explanation but do ask him to call you back again sometime or tell him that you will call him to catch up.

Behind the scenes what will be happening is that eventually his new girlfriend will find out that he is in contact with you. The resentment will grow until one day she will become angry and tell him that she doesn't want him talking to you. If you do get that phone call from him saying that she doesn't want the two of you talking you can tell him that this is too bad that it does seem kind of petty but that if this is what he wants that you will abide by his wishes but that it does make you sad to lose such a good friend.

Given some time the resentment will grow in him and in her over your relationship with your ex and it will tear their relationship apart. When that does happen, and it will, you will have your opportunity to win him back. You will be the friend that he runs to once he is free of her and it will be very easy to win him back.

Keep in mind that this is just one of many methods that you can use to break them up and get your opportunity to win him back. This is also a long term strategy that you should use only after all other options to win him back have been exhausted.
