The first two are an annoyance; the last one could cause you serious problems. I am going to share some advice about what will work. You may read it and initially dismiss it as being insane, but I can tell you from personal experience that it truly works! I am living proof. You've heard the expression, "no contact", yes? This is what you continue to practice every day that you are broken up with your ex. Apart from not calling her, don't contact her family and friends to plead your case. In fact, drop out of sight! Let her miss you and wonder what you're up to. Remember those buddies you used to have when you were single? Give them a call. Hang out with them. For one thing, anything to keep you from obsessing but for another, a man should not live by his girlfriend alone. Men and women need to have buddies in their lives. Why not start now? Despite how difficult it is, stay friendly with your ex. This is important for a few reasons. Far too often couples fight after they break up. Indeed this is likely due to there being a lot of pent up feelings on both parts. If you're angry, go play a game of basketball. Don't take it out on your ex. This will not help win your ex girlfriend back. It's also important to stay friendly because this shows you that you are more mature than she last recalled. Lastly, it shows her that you can be civil and not adversaries. Believe it or not, over time she will begin to miss you and when you do happen to see her, she'll start wondering about you.
