If you're fortunate enough to have 9 mph or greater of average wind then your project is a sure thing.

3. What do I expect to accomplish? How will I know if a project is successful? You need to set goals for the project such as keeping a set of batteries charged or maybe even cutting your utility bill by half. This is not an unreasonable goal of the wind turbine project.
