With The Rise Of Real Estate In India

With the rise of real estate in India, it seems that almost everyone is changing

their profession and is either getting into the construction business or the real estate consulting line of work. With so many options available in the market and so many sellers of the same property option, it sometimes becomes overwhelming to identify the genuine sellers/projects from the many which are in existence.

A simple search online for any real estate related term throws countless pages of search results, most of them stuffed with the same information, which talk only about the positives and the advantages of that specific property project. It is surprising that the growing demand of real estate in India always believes what is written in these pages. What I feel is that there should be websites and other avenues, where the gullible buyer can do research about the background of the real estate developer, verify the details of the property project and make an informed decision.

I have come across some forums, which act more like hate forums with members venting their anger against different builders and property projects, which may be used for the information I am referencing above, however without knowing all the facts and basing judgment on one individuals personal experience will not be a very fair or right thing to do.

What I am looking for is an entity where the facts about the real estate project and the builders are stated they can be collected from different sources online, but they should all be compiled and presented in one section with visuals of the project site, construction images and other important facts, which are necessary to make an informed decision.

With the ever increasing demand of real estate in India, I am hoping that over time transparency will increase and there will be more and more information available online, information which does not seem to be purely promotional material, but actual facts and figures, which can influence the buying decision of an individual and point them in the right direction.

Real Estate in India has gained a lot of ground in the Indian market, now its time for the market to get more sensible in their purchase decisions to rid the industry of malpractices and wrong-doing and the best first step towards achieving this would be more factual information available online - available to all current and future investors.
