Without Super Sea Veg, You're Not Healthy

I'm a bold person and I don't beat around the bush

In fact, many vegans are lacking in nutrients to such an extent that it would be better for them to simply eat animal-based products just to revive their systems!

Exercise Is Only One Aspect of Being Healthy
