First Question: What Spec is Best?

Mana used to be a huge issue for leveling, but it has been severely fixed because of evocation. Whenever you run out of mana you can simply evocate.
Your options are fire, frost, and arcane. Most people choose either fire or frost, but arcane is definitely getting a lot of attention now.
