Remain in that position as you then perform a typical curl by bending your elbows and bringing the weights to your shoulders. Your upper arms should not be moving but be pressed tight to the body. You need only move the lower arms in this process. Make sure that the hands stay turned in toward the body while keeping the weights elevated. Using now the upper arms, you will want to lift the weights above the level of your head. Resume the starting the position. You want to repeat this as often as you can.

Weighted Tricep Curls

Get your underarms toned right with the weighted tricep curl. When you choose the weights for this, be conservative. Biceps a considerably stronger than the triceps.
