Woods is Coming Back

MIAMI - Tiger Woods still believes a coming-back to his best form and this is just lying ahead.

Without a victory in 16 months, Woods has experienced his share of criticism, but the former world No 1 insisted that he remained in the right direction.

On the eve of the World Golf Championships Cadillac Championship at Doral , the one who is ranking the No.5 said on Wednesday,

"Without fortune, I just haven't been able to carry good signs to the golf course at a consistent basis, though I've been seeing some really."

He also said that he hit spurts where he was really good and then lost it for a while. He just had to keep working on it and the process was at times tough. Nevertheless he would get there, while possibility also existed that he would not reach that point.

In November of 2009, it was at the Australian Masters that Woods gained his last victory. As we all know later, shortly after that victory, Woods got his personal life fall apart due to revelations of multiple affairs. Therefore, this year regretfully he has just played three tournaments.

At the PGA Tour stop at Torrey Pines he finished equal 44th, followed by a tie for 20th at the European Tour's Dubai Desert Classic, in which Woods was in contention until he shot a closing 75.

But two weeks ago at the World Golf Championships Match Play event Woods then lost in the first round in Arizona.

Woods spoke that he needed to get more tournaments under his belt. And when he was asked why he does not play more often, he answered that he had a family. To the journalists, he added that the people who had been parted with his partner, bringing with his children, would understand Woods' tough situation.

Since turning professional out from a plain golf player, it was left unsaid that Woods had never played more than a sparse schedule.

If the comments that made by Woods' on Wednesday were somewhat predictable, the different words would be said said by his current instructor, Sean Foley, and his previous coach, Hank Haney as well.

When interviewing with Canada golf, the critics who had been questioning Woods' swing changes was aimed at by Foley.

Foley asked whether Woods was being in struggle when he had been in the hunt. And the critics replied surprisedly, it was quite impossible that Tiger Woods would struggle when he was in the hunt. And it could be obviously seen from his recent deeds.

Moreover, Foley added that it were new days, so we should get used to the new times. And those who lost themselves in the past would total be invalid, as what they had gone through couldn't affected his own belief system.

Haney subsequently weighed in, via Twitter, where he wrote: "Maybe Foley should stop talking until Tiger wins 6 more majors under him!"
