Finding the motivation to workout everyday can be a great challenge to everyone. Even the ones dedicated to their fitness have days when they just want to stay in bed or skip the exercise because they lack the drive or they are just not in the mood for it. Listening to a rock song and working out when you are angry also gives you an outlet to vent your anger and it helps you feel calmer. Listening to jazz is also a great motivation when my exercise routing is less grueling and I am in a happier mood.
