Use coconut oil for your skin to fight against premature aging. Coconut oil has the antioxidant property thus it makes the skin glowing without making it too oil and sticky. Make sure you use sunscreen before going out in bright sunny day. Apply sunscreen on neck and hands as well while applying to your face. Pay attention to your hands. Working too can make your hands dry. Rub lemon onto your hands. The acidic juice of lemon will tingle upon dried sting. Also massage your feet, put oil and shampoo in a lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
