World Class Summer Training In Uttarakhand

There are large number professional courses colleges like engineering

, mca and other courses in uttarakhand region.But, training companies are very few in this region.

Uttarakhand has emerged as new hub of engineering and other professional courses like MCA etc in the past few years. Students are now their first preference to the colleges in their own state for their admission purposes rather to other colleges in different states. The level of technical education in uttarakhand has reached the next level in very less time. The standards of technical education especially of engineering degrees like B.Tech and B.E has improved tremendously. Now there is no need of going to distant places for quality engineering education.

Some of the most renowned engineering colleges and universities are located in uttarakhand region only. In fact, students from different states are now coming to uttarakhand for their engineering. But, nowadays having a engineering degree is not enough for the top companies for their job needs. The scenario in the I.T and other core companies like Electrical, Electronics etc has completely changed. Now companies don't wants engineering graduates but technically sound engineering graduates. Companies are searching for "CREAM CANDIDATE" for their respective jobs. These companies are taking different measures to check the technical attainments of students while their recruitment procedures. The two main factors which plays main role in getting job in the recruitment drive of leading companies are 1) Technical knowledge and 2) Great communication skills.

Great communication skills can be achieved easily by reading novels and frequent interacting with friends in English or by watching English movie etc. But great technical skills can be only gained by working on various technologies practically for applications development.

There is hardly any practical teaching in the engineering colleges. Because the software and other practical equipments and apparatus are not at all upgraded according to current market trend. That's why the trend of technical training started for engineering students. But somehow when it is come to training companies in Uttarakhand, the result is not satisfactory. This is because the number of I.T and core industries are less in Uttarakhand region. That's why students have to go to places like Delhi(N.C.R), Bangalore, Pune etc. But very students knows that there are few good training in Uttarakhand also. There are some companies which deals in electronics and I.T product services. These companies also deals in technical training programs for engineering students. Throughout the year these companies deals in applications development in I.T and electronics and provides summer training during May, June and July and August too.

Inspite of going to other places and doing summer training in training institutes, students must do their summer training in training company in Uttarakhand only. Because if students goes outside from their summer training it needs large amount of money for training, fooding and lodging purposes. Whereas by doing training in companies in their local area saves their money and get quality. Students must join these training company for the ultimate motive of summer training i.e. getting solid technical knowledge of technologies and company's working. And these training fulfill all the requirements for a successful summer training program.The peak time of doing summer training is the month of June.
