World Wrestling Entertainment At Its Best

Never Before and Never Again Would were the words used by Rock when he accepted to

team up with John Cena for the Survivor Series against the team of Miz and R-Truth (Awesome Truth). And Rock was right. Never before a match like this has happened and never again it will happen. You have two icon superstars of wrestling John Cena and Rock teaming together for a tag team match. These both superstars will be facing each other at the grand stage of Entertainment called Wrestle Mania on April 1st 2012 at Miami Gardens, Florida and the ticket sales has already boomed, just to see these superstars fighting against each other. As per the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), it is going to be one of the best icon matches.

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is an American publicly traded, privately controlled entertainment company. It is currently the largest professional wrestling company in the world. WWE holds an extensive library of videos, representing a significant portion of the visual history of professional wrestling. The company began as the Capitol Wrestling Corporation in 1952, which was promoted under the banner of the World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF) and later the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). The World Wide Fund for Nature (also trademarked WWF), an environmental organization sued World Wrestling Federation Entertainment Inc. in the United Kingdom in 2000. After that, the name was changed to World Wrestling Entertainment and now it is called WWE.

I was not a huge fan of wrestling during my childhood days, but started becoming a hardcore fan during my college days. I used to watch the live matches on my laptop in my room or the library. Now I do the same during lunch breaks or coffee breaks at work. I was eagerly awaiting the match on my high definition TV but an emergency work issue had me stuck in my office during the Survivor Series pay-per view. Having finished my work, I scampered back home, grabbed my laptop, logged on using my ATT Uverse Internet and Wow! it was fast

Most of the matches were over, like for the World Heavy Championship, Big Show defeated the current champion Mark Henry by disqualification. It was a bit disappointing that Big Show did not get the title as Mark Henry got disqualified, but Big Show made sure he got the last laugh by crushing the ankle of Mark Henry in the same way Mark Henry had done to him a couple of months ago. The match for the WWE Championship was going on when I logged in where CM Punk defeated Alberto Del Rio to become the new WWE championship. It was a wait worth while for CM Punk after months of setback he had suffered from Alberto Del Rios hand.

Next was the most awaited event of John Cena and the Rock. The whole crowd booed when the team Awesome Truth (i.e. Miz and R-Truth) came and the excitement increased a lot when John Cena came to the ring. And the atmosphere became electrifying when Rocks entrance music hit. The whole Madison Square Gardens crowd erupted as soon as Rock came to the ring and you know at that point that it was a match that would go down in the history of wrestling. Rock started the match against Miz and never showed any signs of fatigue as it has been a long time since he got inside a ring. At the end Rock did his signature move The Peoples Elbow on Miz and won the match.

Before leaving the ring Rock gave a message to John Cena of what to expect at Wrestle Mania by hitting him with a Rock Bottom (another signature move). So just like Rock said never before and never again will such an icon match happen and I made sure that I didnt miss it.
