Christmas is the quintessential time of year for families to gather together

. The holiday season is a time of joy and celebration for young and old alike. It's a time to set out your Christmas Party Supplies, make dinner, and celebrate the birth of Jesus. Children will enjoy the lively party game "Gift Wrap Relay". You'll need an equal number of children to play this. Take two equal sized boxes and wrap them both. Then Cut sheets of wrapping paper the same size of the box, one for each child that will be playing. Divide the children into two teams. When you say "go," one child from each team goes to unwrap the box, then wrap it again with the provided wrapping paper. Once it's wrapped, the next team member goes to unwrap the box, then wrap it again with their piece of wrapping paper. Whichever team finishes first is declared the winner.

Keep the fun going with a game of "Christmas Present Relay". All the guests will enjoy this game no matter what their age. Divide the group into two teams, then divide each team in half so that one half is on one side of the room and the other half is on the other. Put a stool in front of each group of players and put three gift wrapped boxes on two of the stools (for a total six boxes). When you say "Go," one player from each team has to carry their stack of boxes from one stool to stool on the other side of the room. Once they're there, their teammate picks up the boxes and carries them back. Both teams try to finish taking the boxes back and forth before the other team and the first to finish wins. Make the game even more interesting by setting up some obstacles for the players to maneuver around or place a piece of fruit on the box that will have to be balanced as the players move back and forth.
