3 Questions to ask yourself to help meet your goal:
1. How much money will I make from these 5 sales every week?
A. It completely depends on the amount of commission offered. Obviously, if it's a very small commission, you may need to adjust the number of sales per week to obtain your beginning goal of how much money you want to make from that product.
2. How many leads do I need to generate to achieve 5 sales per week?
A. The rule of thumb in marketing is 1 will buy out of every 100 that visit. So you need a minimum of 500 visitors per week to make 5 sales.
3. What marketing method will I use to get enough people to visit my website?
A. Article Marketing only takes writing 2 or 3 articles per week to start. Be sure to submit each of them to different article directories. It's very important to make sure you have links to your website in your articles. Also, once you've written several articles you can put them together to create a free report or eBook.
B. Forum Marketing is another great way to get people to visit your site. Just make sure the forums you post in are related to your niche, and follow their rules.
C. Many other forms of FREE traffic are available and as long as you decide which works best for you, go for it and you'll be amazed at how much fun and easy it is.
You get the idea as to how important smart goal setting is to from the beginning. If you are consistent with the effort you put in, you will easily see more visitors which will inevitably turn them into more sales. Be sure to review your list of goals regularly once you've hit your target so you can increase your online income.
