X-ray technologists can either commit to the part-time or full-time jobs in laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, clinics or outpatient care centers. Full-time career will give them a total of 40 hours a week while part-time may mark a period of 20 hours a week. However, it is a known fact that injuries and illnesses may occur randomly, all of them are subjected to on-call shifts, nighttime and overtime work schedule.
