During which hours can you reach them, is it possible to get in touch after work or at night? It's all part of a profound customer service that should be provided. What kind of deal has the internet provider to offer? Is the modem free and what about the costs for the adjuster? In other words, does the provider reach out to make sure your installment goes smoothly and satisfying? All factors you want to know about before getting that subscription. If the provider is willing to lend a helping hand, might as well make sure that hand is for free!

Try it yourself!

No matter how handy you are, something things can turn nasty when you're installing the internet yourself. But this doesn't necessarily mean that you did something wrong. Usually you should be able to install everything yourself. The user guide is very clear and easily used and the images should help you find the right wires and plugs. However, if it really doesn't work (usually on of the lights doesn't switch on) you will need an adjuster. This won't cost you a thing if you did everything right!
