Most people thought that fixing your broken Xbox 360 on your own is nearly impossible
. Well, let me tell you right here right now that you can actually do the fixing on your own. Here are some of the most common effective tips to repair your Xbox 360 from the common errors that may occur from time to time:
1. For E68 error, you can switch off your console. Then remove some of the accessories that you have connected with your Xbox. You have to remove the external fan unit if you have one installed in it. You also have to remove the external hard drive and the USB. When all is done, check back on your console after a few hours and see if you have made a difference.
2. For E74 error, which is highly common, you have to switch off your console and let it cool down for a few hours. Keep in mind that overheating is what caused E74 error to occur. While your console is off, make sure that you have disconnected all accessories plugged into your console. You can have it plugged back on your console once your console has taken enough rest to cool down.
3. For E71 error, run over through the system blade then select memory. A "blade" is a term they use for screen or tab. When you are pressing left and right on the D-pad, you are actually switching blades. When you're done, select "memory", and then press Y on the HD symbol. Then press X,X twice Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. When you're done doing such measure a message should appear saying "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?" Then you have to select "YES".
4. For E35 error, try powering down and restarting your console. Such manner would fix the error update of your console which caused the E35 error to occur.
5. You can do several tests by having the MU connected and disconnected. If an Xbox Memory Unit (MU) is plugged in, turn off the console. Then remove the memory unit. 7. For four red lights flashing, you just have to check and plug it in again correctly this time and you're good to go.
