And for the record, the Microsoft staff will not actually tell you what the problem is, and if you think about it, it makes sense why they won't. If you were Bill Gates (the owner of Microsoft) would you want your staff telling customers: "Just send it in and we'll fix it" or "Our motherboard is faulty, take your Xbox 360 apart and adjust the cooling unit". So while they won't reveal the problem (to save face), you are about to discover how you can fix it yourself.
