3) You can switch to e-cigarettes which will satisfy the side effects of quitting smoking and the cravings in two ways. It will replace the nicotine your system is addicted to. More importantly it will replace the habit of smoking.
Are e-cigarettes safe to use? I have not seen any scientific proof that they are dangerous to your health. While tobacco cigarettes have over four thousand chemicals in them to keep you hooked from that first puff you take. The side effects of quitting smoking is NOT just the addiction to the nicotine. It is also the addiction to all those other chemicals the industry puts into the product. Which help your mind believe that you need to light one up.
The hardest side effects of quitting smoking are the physical motions your body goes through. Which seem to address boredom you may be feeling or some type of stress you are experiencing at the moment.
Which is why e-cigarettes will satisfy the side effects of quitting smoking which includes the nicotine addiction along with the physical habit. The cold turkey approach is why most people gain weight. Which is often another excuse people use to avoid quitting the habit.
I have tried the first two options and neither one worked. While the third option of using an e-cigarette has worked very well. It has satisfied the cravings for nicotine and the physical part of kicking the habit.
