First of all, you need to coil the 24 inches pipe cleaner around the half inch dowel or a thick bodied marker to create a spring. Well, you can also use a piece of craft wire in place of the pipe cleaner. Now, you have to stretch out the coil so that it bounces. The next step is to place the coiled pipe cleaner inside the empty juice bottle. The bottom of the bottle should be filled with one quarter of rice. Over this rice, you can sprinkle two tea spoons of white glue. Let the entire thing dry.

Now, it is time to create the outfit for the bobble head. You can create simple or gorgeous t-short, and pants or other dress for your bobble head. Take a craft foam and draw a pattern for the cloth. This would vary according to the size of the container that you are using. However, you have to see to it that the clothes are big enough so that you can wrap the entire bottle with it and yet it will have enough of cloth left so that you can attach it to the edges of the bottles with glue. If there is any extra piece of clothing, you can easily cut them out with the help of scissors.

Now, you can cut the pipe cleaner in two halves and apply the white glue to attach it to the sleeves of the craft foam dress. In fact, to make it more realistic, you can cut small pieces of Styrofoam hands and attach them to the end of arms. Take a Styrofoam ball and decorate it with yarn hair. Now, you can create the face of the bobble head with googly eyes and pink or red yarn for mouth. You can also use markers for the face. Finally, you have to screw the Styrofoam ball into the pipe cleaner and adjust the proper height. And your bobble head is ready.
