Real Estate Get Real, Not In This Market!
Everybody says that Real Estate is risky and this isn't the right time. Nothing can be farther from the truth. In fact this is absolutely the best time to get into real estate. People are going through foreclosure and there are tons of deals waiting out there to make you a lot of money. The Real Estate market is at an all time low. Real Estate is only risky if you don't educate yourself. If you just jump into this business without the proper education you're going to have a rough time (trust me). With the proper education and mentor Real Estate can be very easy and rewarding, sure it takes a lot of patience and persistence but it is very simple.
Where do I start?
You can start Real Estate literally with very little money and no risk at all. Most people start out with wholesaling, meaning you would put a property under contract and sell it to another investor for $2,000.00- $50,000.00. What a nice profit for such a small risk. You aren't even taking ownership of these properties! You are simply finding them for investors who are looking to buy them.
My Friends Think I've Lost My Mind!:
Most of your friends and family aren't entrepreneurs so their minds don't follow the same drum beat like you and I. Many people get their knowledge from the news and the media. This is negative information and it just keeps people unmotivated to carve their own space in this world. Whenever you do something out of the ordinary people will look at you like you're weird. Once you succeed they'll be asking you for a piece of the pie, it's just how it works. My philosophy is to do what others aren't doing and not to care what others think, I think that's one of the keys to success.
Stay Away From Negative Energy!
There will always be naysayers who are quick to be the critic and tell you that you can't do something. Remember that failure doesn't exist if you don't know what quitting means. Failure is just feedback that you need to change what you're doing in order to succeed. Remember that.
