The famous expression, you can tell a man by his shoes, can be addressed to woman also. This expression normally applies to how clean a man's shoes are, and how he takes care of them, but with women you can tell a whole lot more, or at least you can read a fair bit into the type of person they are.

A woman wearing red shoes could be seen as classy and sexy. Red is a colour we very much associate to sex, and royalty. So connotations of red shoes and they are top of the range, are not wide of the mark. It appears that red shoes will have to be accessorised with equally exquisite clothes, and that will lead to a full round classy woman. Black shoes are mundane and official; they give of an office vibe a very official sentiment. This says the woman that wear them are not that much fun, and rarely let their hair down. It also connotes that the woman wearing them could be loyal and trustworthy, so it's not all bad points.

A lady wearing boots above the knee could give the impression that she takes life lightly and may play around. They may well enjoy life more than anyone else but they go about it in the wrong way. A woman who wears boots just below the knee connotes that she enjoys life, but she keeps things in perspective and remains her classy self. Boots in general are the most popular of all shoes that women wear. It is important that you don't read too much into the shoes that a woman wears, because there are always be exceptions, but they can connote certain things.

A woman wearing heels can look classy and sexy at the same time. If they can walk in them safely then it says they are elegant as well as attractive, two of the best attributes a woman can boast. Black heels say that a woman is elegant, loyal whilst remaining level-headed and efficient; surely that is every man's dream. So if you find a woman who regularly wears these sorts of shoes you are more than likely on to a winner.

But remember guys. Keep your shoes in order to because women will be checking those out too, and god forbid your shoes aren't polished or clean. You will come under the same scrutiny as I just put them under.
