You Have Met the Girl of Your Dreams But She's Taken

How many times in this world do we meet the girl of our dreams only to find that she has already got together with the man of hers. It is one of life's great ironies, that the girl we consider to be the perfect match for us, is indeed destined for someone else.

People all over the world, every single day show themselves non too clever when they try to chat someone up. They go over full of hope and anxiety, and come back with the tails between their legs before they have even muttered a word.

So many people pluck up the courage to talk to a girl they would consider themselves incredibly lucky to date. Only to get cut off halfway through when they notice a wedding ring on her finger. Some even get cut off by the arrival of the boyfriend or husband.

These circumstances are only heart breaking however, if you believe in the fact you have a soul mate. And even then who is to say this is your soul mate. There has to be more than one person out there for everyone does their not? We work hard at our relationships and when you get it right it feels amazing. But is this a feeling we could have with anyone that we date, or just the one person?

Everything depends on your belief system, but the way I see it, we can look after ourselves and give ourselves the best chance to meet someone we could love. And when we do meet those people we grow to love them. It is very rare that two people feel a mutual numbing connection with someone who makes them feel alive. And when they do many just lie because they think it's the right thing to do.

There isn't just one person for everyone. There are many people who are compatible together and the ones that are most compatible stay together for a lifetime. The rest of the people we meet along the way are obstacles, they are the challenges that we have failed. Or they have failed.

So even if you walk into a bar and the girl of your dreams has a wedding ring on don't lose faith. You will meet someone who hasn't met hers yet and you will be together, and you will work hard at your relationship. Life is a funny thing the script remains unwritten.
