There are many services on the web where you can create your own web site and host it for free

7. You can use your domain name to host your email address. When communicating through e-mail, it is more professional to have an e-mail address like support@mybusinessname.com or contact@mybusinessname.com than someusername@yahoo.com.
8. Owning your domain name gives your web site credibility. If you are running a business on the web, having a domain name will give your visitors a sense of legitimacy and that you are not some fly-by-night operation.
