If you're one of those people who have a high metabolic rate, but whether the body of a bodybuilder, then you face an arduous task. Rule 1 - Do not work often

That's right, not often work like the others. The goal of weight training is to stimulate muscle growth. That does not take much of your time. Once the muscles that is done has to be repaired and built new muscle. This is best done by the body when it is in a resting state. Rule 2 - Do exercises that will target more than one joint

Rule # 3 - Focus on free weight

Instead of using machines to use free weights. The most important reason for these exercises allow the stimulation of supporting muscle groups. This in turn leads to a stronger body and fastest growing in the last analysis, of the muscles.

Rule 4 - Challenge yourself to lift heavier weights

Muscle fibers that causes the most muscle growth is stimulated by heavy weight lifting. A heavy weight is one that allows you to perform 4-8 reps without depleting your muscle.

Rule # 5 - Go for the short and intense than long and slow


Your goal is to not spend much time in the gym. But the time spent should be productive. Do not try to enter a large number of exercises for each body part. Always work in the chest. For other muscle groups, 2-3 exercises per group should be sufficient.

Rule 6 - Do cardio

Stop doing cardio exercises that are not conducive to building muscles. They produce hormones that break down tissue again.
