You can look good - over 40!!

The competition is fierce! The faces of various women grace the streets everyday. Yet, somehow, there is that one who stands out among the crowd. Take a look at her skin, face, hands and feet. What is the overall condition of her skin telling you about her? We are all visual creatures and tend to initially take in what we see.

This woman has learned over the years how to care for herphysical well being. Taking the time to care for herself in a healthy way and to learn to like and truly enjoy being herself is what is enabling her to exude such rich self assurance with that graceful leverage of self-confidence. When she walks into the room - people can't help butstop and stare. She exude poise, beauty and a strong sense of magnetism. She is a man's woman and she is a woman most women wants to emulate or just be aroundto consort with her energy.This women is over 40! What is her secret? Nothing more, then a positive and healthy interaction with herself.

Tip #1.

First, we see her face - what is it showing you? Ladies, remove the make-up before going to bed; over the years this bad habit will start showing itself with a dull and lifeless complexion. Try to exfoliate at least once a week - I love doing it at least twice a week. The right cleanser will lift off built up oil and dirt and giveyou that fresh youthful appearance.

Tip #2

The Hands - afterthe face the hands are the second most visible tale-tale sign of one's age. Women invest their time and money into researching the best plastic surgeon for a more youthful appearance - yet, they neglect the biggest announcement they can send forth with the appearance of their hands- yelling - OLD!!!!

The hands are somehow in total contradiction to the youthful appearance of their face. The same principle applies to the hands as the face. The years of exposure to the sun and harsh weather; constant contact with water and detergent often has an adverse and aging effect on the hands. When possible, protect your hands by wearing gloves whileperforming certain household duties. If this is not possible, on a daily basis - moisturize your hands. The hands also need to have a scrub applied to lift away built up dirt and oil.

Aging is a process we will allexperience as mature adults. However, the journey can be rich and rewarding.Start today in re-inventing yourself. We can have thatglow even after our prime. So if you are 40, 50, 60 or older- you can still grace the street with pride which will be reflected in your physical attributes -and just maybe one day - someone would say - who is she? She truly caught my attention. She stood out among the crowd!
