When it comes to eat some thing then you have to pay for that but you can reduce the cost by cooking yourself. This is not a hard thing to do when you are on holidays. You have nothing to do except relaxing and enjoying on beach so you can take out some time and do some cooking stuff as well. In this way you can save a lot of money and have good time with your family too.
Don't go for shopping, except take all necessary things along with you on the beach. You don't have to spend extra money for those things that you have got in home. So bring all that stuff with you on the beach that can be used or you will need to use. In this way you will not have to spend extra amount on those things that you have already got in your car.
Educate your family members to not to get scattered around in stead stay close to each other and help each other if any thing is required. Don't allow any one to go beyond his budget because if a single family member spends extra amount then whole picnic budget will be disturbed and you can't afford that in such conditions.
