Your Biggest Enemy In This World Is You

Some times you are emotionally disturbed due to financial losses or heart break

, or failed exams, or even a lost love, and you may feel like killing yourself. If you act in line with your feelings and emotions, then you will have no control at all.

If you are a smoker and know that smoking will harm your body, it could have serious implications on your health yet you are unable to give up smoking because your body has habit of nicotine and your mind wants that nicotine. It prevents you being able to stop and it will give you hard time because you have no control of your body and your mind.

Sometimes we say things to our friends,family and people around us. We use such a words that will upset them emotionally, and we loose friends and family because we do not have control over it.

We have no control over our greed, our thinking, our behavior, attitudes, our anger and our body organs because we are not controlling the body organs but the body organ is controlling us. This results in losses for our self and could result in putting ourselves in difficult situations.

How do we control this? How do we prevent this? How do we control our parts of the body? Well, I am a victim of all of this, so how can i advise you as i am suffering my self? As I am my own biggest enemy. I have done more damage to myself then any one else in my life. I cannot advise you, but I am sure there are many consultants and experts available on the net who could. I am searching to find an answer... so could you... good luck.
