The amount of equipment that would need to be purchased is negligible, and you would be able to start and complete this project within a day at most. As prices have fallen in recent years this is no longer a major expense. Also, if this idea catches on, offering a 4G connection may no longer be a luxury, rather it could be a standard feature of the modern Laundromat.
